Hey Blokes,

I am in Gladstone, about an hour south of Rockhampton, and it's pretty calm here. Actually had a few sunny and warm days. Unfortunately, we have no bread or milk left. But it's all good, we're all safe. Thinking about all you blokes in Briz-Vegas and Toowoomba

We're ok on the northside. Seraph's house went under yesterday, lost both her bikes but they're ok. Another mate lost everything at Ipswich. Looking forward to hearing some news about Pontikat.

Looks like the train line behind Brett's place is underwater - looks like his house would be affected

If you like Stone & Wood beer then you may like this, they are promising to donate proceeds of some new batch of beer coming out to the flood relief effort. They are expecting to make something like $500/Keg. (link).

We are fine, high and dry. If our part of Mt Gravatt went under, the majority of Bne would be under! I spoke with Nanna today, as Phil said he is fine. Nanna's street was listed as likely to flood on the BCC's flood projection, so I was glad to hear that his home is dry! I was quite concerned about him and Sulli, especially after getting turned around at Oxley whenb driving today (as I hadn't been on the forum to read this thread).

Glad every one is OK. Remember bikes come uner the 'stuff' banner. And stuff can be replaced.
Happy every one is OK, physically anyway 8)

Good to hear everyone is ok. The Rockhampton floods caused some dramas with my move to Richmond (halfway between Townsville and Mt Isa) but got here eventually. I think it must the only area in Qld that hasn't had lots of rain and/or is flooding.

Mum and Dad are just north of Toowoomba but had no problems and my oldest son is in Toowoomba but had no problems either. I used to drive through Murphys Creek to get to their place and I just can't comprehend the amount of water that went through there and Grantham.
