Well the diet and exercise start TOMORROW!! Just downed a few Canadian Club and Colas and polished off half a birthday cake. Now all the bad stuff is out of the fridge it is going to stay 'naughty' free and I'm going to start some gentle exercise!!

Pass on all the fun runs and stuff. Fun and Run: two words that should NOT be in the same sentence!

ill be in this... i might do kgs and waiste measurement, as im not really aiming to lose heaps of weight, but less lovehandles is better than more lovehandles

id be in for the fun run if i ran, thinking i might try for a 1km ocean race or something, later in the year
