I hereby formally hand this camp-wreck over to Nelso. I'm sure he's an absolute organising genius, given he's the first with complaints about how everything else on here gets organised. Now's your chance to show us all how it's done mate :P

Disco can be your 2IC. Better take notes Disco -> you're in the presence of organisation perfection

 I think I saw your dummy fly over us down here.

I think you are giving me a bit too much credit there Cath. I mean really, could I always be the first to complain? and about everything that gets organised on here? I didn't realise I even read every post much less complain about them all..... and to beat everyone else to the punch. That's pretty impressive, if I do say so myself.

OK then, time to show you how it's done. I'm busy for the next few months but if I get a weekend free and decide to head out I'll let everyone know where and when by the Friday lunch-time so you have plenty of warning to get your shit together. So keep checking in here for updates and be ready for the most awesome fun to be had on four wheels. :P There, that sounds about perfect to me. :finga:

Permission slips, risk management assessment and a copy of everyone's license and comprehensive insurance before an application for approval will be considered thank-you very much! The excursion will also have to comply with the Department of Educations guidelines as well.

Gingers creek has it all, bull rides for the kiddies, snake shows in the paddock by the old stump near the tent area, qual spotting at night, chicken wrangling, oh and fire starting tuition for the city folk, cow pat dodging courses, chainsaw misuse techniques, collecting firewood (not stealing it), basic mechanics for those who need to find the horn on their bike and thats just for Richo :P . Of course there is the owner Gary who always entertains, great meals, cafe, and if your lucky a bit of a fireworks show can happen ;)

For those with some romance in mind and looking to get right the hell away from every fuker there is Cells creek Hilton over on the Brokeback mountain range although Disco complained the toilets weren't clean, you will have to be keen as it is quite a trip driving a 4wd in there but it is amazing what you will do for a bit and to impress the missus with your outdoor and hunting skills at the nearby creek to catch a fish or fresh crays ;) .

Alternatively nearby is Maxwells Flat, large camp ground to accommodate all, 22kms from GC, 6hrs from Nth Sydney, reasonable access for a van during the dryer months, safe creek for swimming, toilets, good spot for unreg bikes as the law never goes there unless they are called. .

Some 4wheel driving and dirtbiking can be done and there are many levels of each from basic to pretty full on, I checked out a fair bit of that area so I can Guaranteed satisfaction. ;)

Anyway, thats my suggestion, leave it up to you Nelso :kuda:
