Yep Ian its all us Bloody Queenslanders giving bikes a bad name. Like the guy in tassie was doing 100km when he cut the kombi in half. Mate bikes go fast people are curious about how fast that actually is. I'm sure you d agree scoots attrack a fair amount of Leo Wankers. I've been silly at times as nearly everyone whom posted to this thread has but lets not generalize n blame the Queenslanders for a bad reputation just cause a coupla wallys got caught being stupid. Both booked up north too ... wonder if they were tourists ?.

Seriously, as I said I have to slow down alot, I do ride full time and do need my ticket to ride, when I go over 200 It is usually early on a fine morning on a nice straight back road and slow dowm immediately when traffic appears. I also know what its like to have a bike appear and suddenly scream past from behind and dissapear in a second, scares the bejesus out of you and does not leave a very good impression on other motorists.
The cops around here are scarce to say the least except on the Bruce Hwy (which is 2nd in boring riding only too the nulabor plains) and major towns, and they have to have signs out on the road near the radar camera too so it is very hard to get photographed.

I have often wondered if a patrol car spotted me if I should run or stop, depends if he has had a good look at me. But hey kids dont do this at home leave it for the proffessional idiots such as myself.

Glad you said most "Narfie" since RG couldnt wind the mighty ZZR dofiddy past 155ks today, it leaves him out.
As for the labotomy unless Jas rode by n picked you up for the appointment i cant see that happening. Thank Fark we are still safe for awhile longer.

Scotty i was cruising up the Hwy to Noosa one day and this bike passed me at warp speed.(still no idea what it was, as it was gone that fast) This thing was red lined in top and flew past screaming it's head off. I had borrowed my mates convertable for the trip, so i had no barrier from the noise. I almost jumped out of the car and I think the car still has stains in the seats.
He was a bit silly, as the road was pretty busy and he was moving to the emergency lane, as he passed.
