Went to bikebiz today to get a new rear fitted. Pete there hooked me up in respects to pricing so thanks Pete! He also makes awesome coffees lol
I didnt spot the 10's with the yoshis there anymore, did see quite a few of them with the standard exhaust. Took the opportunity to sit on one, as that is probably as close as ill ever come to riding one.
Tank is bloody huge, big change from the zzr thats for sure, but they are a lovely piece of machinery.

Anyways, the guys down there looked after me right away and without hassle, so they get my thumbs up

One thing they did suggest was that we may want to think about getting some membership cards or something to identify us that we are members of KSRC. Pete was concerned that anyone who reads this may be able to say that they are a member. Or someone will overhear the conversation and pass on the news to their mates...

Maybe if some people had some sense they could check with THE ONLY STAFF MEMBER OF BIKEBIZ WHO HAS ACTUALLY BEEN A MEMBER ON HERE MORE THAN BLOODY 5 MINUTES, And is also the only one with a road registered kwaka, but that's just a suggestion that i'm sure will get overlooked.

Hi all, Ben from Bikebiz Kawasaki,
I thought it was time for me to keep you all updated on our progress.
The internal alterations finally have paint on them ,so we are probably only 1 month away from being in full flight .It is all coming together as planned ,and we are confident it will make for a new and fresh shopping experience.
Some of you may no Mohawk miss (Kathy) from this forum or on a personnel level, but may not no that she works at our other store in our internet accessories ,part of the business. I was talking to Kathy last week and she made me aware that i may not have cleared up the concerns about the staff we kept from the previous owners, and also if the KSRC discount could be used via our http://www.motorcycle-accessories.com.au. The good news is, all members will receive a discount via our internet accessories shop, just make sure you bring to there attention that you are a KSRC member.
Re- the staff concerns !, i spoke to Peter Condon and he explained ,he kept only 4 staff members from the previous owners, and is confident that all of them will be an asset to the business. All previous managers have GONE , Brad Morris who has been a motorcycle technician in this location for 5 years , has been appointed as work shop manager, Brad owns and rides a ZX9R and is keen to rebuild the poor reputation left by the previous 3 workshop managers (as some of you have already experienced) Brad is a very competent technician and a wiz on the dyno.
That leaves Ben, who is a qualified technician and a good bloke, and young Blake who is in his 2nd year as an apprentice.
The final staff member Peter Rowinski has remained and is being groomed in the roll of business manager/sales (finance and insurance sales). So i hope this answers any of your concerns.
We need to kick-start some business, so we are going to run some specials on some Kawasaki models, i will keep you updated soon!!!
Don’t forget we have the '08 ZX10R to test ride and also other models such as GTR1400, ZX1400, Z750, Versys, ER6N, ZX6R and VN900.
And if Anyone is thinking of selling there bike, we would like the opportunity to buy it. We wont be able to pay retail , but we will pay a more than fare price and take the hassle out of trying to sell thru the private sector.
That goes for anyone who may wish to trade up or down to another fine Kawasaki or a triumph if i am aloud to mention that brand  :P
So please feel free to drop in or call me on 96822999.
Thank you Ben.

thanks Bens.

Over the last couple of weeks I have spoken to Brad several times and he definitley seems invigorated. Meet Scott and a few times and keeps trying to get me on the new 10r for a ride, and I have been keeping Brock busy since Saturday with some fairing and decal orders (make sure they are there on time Brock!!!!!!)

overall I can see some changes and hope they are here to stay
