Well 'the Mutant' turned up at my place yesterday, so I'm officially the owner of an L3 zxr750 with a zx9r engine. I've ridden it about 10 metres

Hmmm, all those pics of the L series trackies has got me thinking. Since I'm about to off load two of my 7r's it might be time to start looking for a J, an L and maybe even an H to restore. A complete set would be cool... 8)

Then before that I had this nice '83 ZXR750. But a mate sent it to Kwakka heaven on the Mt Buffalo Rd while I was pilot on his XXX Blackbird. Hmmmmm, another theme happening here too. :-)

It was a realy nice colour, Midnight Purple actualy. If you stood with the sun at the right angle, it was realy visible with lots of metal flake. And it was a Kwakka colour too. :-)

Mines a 93, matte black with polished frame, Omrae can otherwise stock.

Something about the 7 just feels right.....

I must admit, I had LOADS of fun on my 7R. It was great to slay all my mates on their litre bikes when we got into the hills.
 I will miss her a lot.
