The Bavarian Propellor is parked in the shed as we speak! Did my first 60klms on it tonight riding it home. !st impressions are of a heavy, sluggish slow steering lump, with vicious brakes and loads of wind protection  . It pissed rain all the way home, and only the toes of my boots had water on them!

I'll do a few klms as soon as I can and give some more detailed impressions!

Used the Beemer for one of it's intended purposes today. Commuted into the city @ 7.00am to take the Nephew in for an Army Recruitment assessment. It handles the commute well. No pressure on wrists or back at slow speed. A little wide to lane split at certain parts with the panniers still fitted but. Having a pillion on didn't really effect handling all that much, it actually steered pretty much the same.

Then came home for Breakky. Then over to fitzroy to buy a pair of shoes for tommorrows wedding, then to town for lunch with the Groom, then to Port melbourne to pick some stuff up (faark me panniers are just the best for swallowing gear. Mine can fit a full face helmet in either pannier, as well as other items at the same time. Almost tardis like they are!)
Then back home. Prolly about 100klm round trip. about 12klms of it being freeway, the rest being inner city traffic.

The box is slow, awkward and clunky, the suspension is soft, the engine only lacks one thing....power, and it looks like I should have a Hi-vis vest and a seniors card!!!! So far I love it!
