Seat section showing a sample hump (original Kawasaki ) & the new paint colour .... to look at it in real life the colour is identical.
This is the first time I have painted in 2k paint & boy have I had a sharp learning curve, Luckily at work I have a large extraction system covering an area of about 8 sq mtr that I can use... yes it has a flame proof motor!.
I now have 2 coats of colour on all pieces & they look great... a few runs but hey they can be buffed out so who gives a :D.
Total cost for paint, primer, sandpaper bog & tack cloths ... about $180 but I still have enough paint left over to do caths bike so $180 for 2 sets will be awsome value headbang.gif
More pics to come

A few more Pics
With the particular graphics I am using I only require the tail section to be green. the next step will be paint the number boards then wait a few weeks for the paint to go off then get into the graphics :D

Tanya it doen't help that I have everything at work & after hours is the only time that I can work on it
We are flat out at the moment with work & there is lots going on at home so my time is a bit stretched ..... should be totally finished in a few weeks as I am doing the work a bit at a time
