Lost this week 0.5kg
Total weight lost: 35.2kg

Didnt get the 100 this week... but half a kilo is still a decent effort.... considering how much wine I drank on the weekend I am not suprised...

And if you hadn't been out drinking wine, you'd have been there when I dropped past with the 10R

My secret: Diet + Excercise = dramatic weight loss
Basically, dont be afraid to consult a professional..... See a dietician (I used jenny craig, because I have weak will power)... and if you are slack at going to the gym, get a trainer a few days a week....

Well.... Another weigh in tonight... Im really hoping to break that 100KG mark.....
I Put in the work this week, 3 gym session and a bloody long walk.... But I also drank some wine over the weekend which will surely go against me...
I also found out that anyseed rings are addictive.... luckly steph ate half of them...
I have to lose 1.2KG and that is nothing to sneeze at...
Still.. I am pretty sure that I have made it...
And if I have, I am going to spoil myself rotten with some roast chicken tonight....

Stay away from the carbs, chicken is fine, protein makes you less hungry
I went from 112 to 89 at present, could loose another few kgs but I am in the healthy range now.
Keep up the good work, it will be harder to keep it off as this is where many people fail. It really is a lifestyle change in my opinion.

Starting weight: 136.4 (june 13, 2006)
Current weight : 99.9
Lost this week 1.3kg
Total weight lost: 36.5kg
Next milestone 40kg total loss (3.5kg away)
Yay! I did it..... Funny story though.... I was being weighed and my weight came up as being 100.1kg.... I was a bit dissapointed.... Now... I have been weighing myself with my shoes on every week..... figuring it was too much of a pain in the arse to take them off every week..... Last week I was wearing sneakers... this week I was wearing leather hiking shoes.... Turns out that my hiking shoes weigh nearly 2kg.... and my sneakers only a few hundred grams... My true weight without shoes was 98.6kg........ So we wrote it down as 99.9 this week and as of next week I will be weighing in without shoes to get a more accurate reading.... yay frigging hey!

LOLOL
Unlike the people on biggest loser I didnt lose 50kg in 4 weeks..... I have been at this quite a while.... plenty of time for the elasticity to have a chance work the way nature meant it to....
Good question though
