Im on a 2 week total health kick... no drinking, more excercise...wanna break that 100kg milestone quickly

keep up the good work stereo it's extremely hard to maintain what u r doing, i just lose motivation after a while and now i'm kinda pushed to run at lunch hours at the tent 5-10km every 2nd day depending on the work load and now it's been 2 months i eat better and sleep better :D :D :D and the big big beer gut is slowly very slowly shrinking too :D
