Just thought a touch base was in order.....
How is everyone doing?????????????? and how is everything tasting with the tastebuds starting to come back????? (Battery acid still tastes terrible, but thats a whole differnet story!)

I think yesterday was the first day I didnt think about a lung buster AT ALL ... until about 7:30 when I poured myself a Scotch and took the first sip
The brain still has the Scotch+Bunger=Yum association .... but getting better over time

I know i do!
But be nice.... My bike hates me .. I think it knows i've been looking at new barges... But i *may* just manage to coax it into a ride on the weekend... (new battery, rectifier, main relay installed, burnt out wires patched up...)

Ah-hem, well considering I went 5weeks without one cigarette, seems over the last couple of weeks I've caved a couple of times and had a ciggi with a drink or two
But I'm not giving in - I'm still staying off em!!! Staying positive, and focused and yes the cravings have subsided a lot. Drinking is a challenge, and tbh I dont see the occasional ciggi when drinking and issue, and I believe overall I'm winning!
Glad to hear everyone else is kicking it!! I have to say, of all the bad habits i've quit, this would have to be the hardest! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK PEEPS

gave them up for 2 yrs cold turkey then just about 2 weeks ago had about 15 -20 darts in that time and now I'm off em again.... being in hospital helps...lol
