Smek.. what is your problem? I was in melb, you had the chance to talk to me then if you wanted to instead of hiding behind a keyboard sniping at me over nothing like you have been recently. Or send me a pm with your problem and keep it off the forum.

you're a classic.

you have a snipe at people for a problem which only you can see (no one else has jumped in to agree with you) and then complain about me when I tell you to calm down. You just seem to like starting trouble, which is one of the reasons I chose not to socialise with you while you were in Melbourne.
That's all I will say on the matter, I wont be posting again in this thread.

i'm not the only one who thinks it's out of line.. we've had issues in the past of ppl bitching about other forums.. correct? and that went haywire.. if you don't believe me do a search. If you think it's ok to bitch about other forums thats fine.. you possibly don't read all the threads?

Dont agree.

Sites invariably become connected in a sense when you have the same
ppl at those sites. As I've discovered, quite a few ppl here I know on
other sites proves that point. So its inevitable that ppl will discuss
experiences etc that happen elsewhere because others here will be able
to relate to it.. whether its a negative or positive is irrelevant. So we are
connected, in that we all are focused on the same topic. We're all members
for the same reasons

If what we do or say has nothing to do with others (as U say), why was it
then, that as soon as I started a poll here to see what you guys have
under ya tanks, you straight away said "Oh I answered that same question
in Netrider"

Why would you reply with that, if nothing said here has anything to do
with other web sites?

If you truely had the views you say you have, you wouldve simply
mentioned how many cc U have, answer the poll & move on..

Macca I learnt long ago that if your going out on one of those rides its way better to sit back and watch the carnage than be in the middle of it.

There are those of course that will disagree with me and thats fine too and then theres the lemmings, anyway its all about going out and having fun and trying to avoid the bumps and bruises.

Hope it all heals quickly for you and the bike goes back together and your away again.

all the suggestions you've made to admin have been features netrider has.

This forum has run fine for a long time the way it is, you'll find the current members are pretty happy with the way it is and the way it is run.

And you Kishy have been slagging netrider off, if not a direct comment, certainly vieled ones.. because we're members of different forums doesn't mean that we use this forum to diss the others.

YOU got banned from Netrider, and the place couldn't have been that bad.. you made 2504 posts .. and there must have been a reason.. so how about you leave the sour grapes behind and enjoy this place the way it is?

Incorrect. All the suggestions are standard on most forums & they seem
to be what most find works best

Give me an example where I have slagged off Netrider? I only been talking
about cry babies & sensitive sooks. Seems to me like you need to be added
to that list as well the way you are carrying on. I dont see that it has
affected anyone else here.

I've got lots of friends from there, so its not fair to say I'm slagging off
Netrider.. Its a small number of the general population.

I will use this site, as I do with the others I'm a member of, to say what
I think & feel.

End of story.

Thats my whole point Tanya, which seems to have gone over your head.
I was there over a year & never had probs. Never changed the person I
was nor how I conducted myself, yet within a 4wks period, I rack up 4+
warnings; & its not a coincidence that it all happened after I said its not
my worthwhile spending $5 for a Netrider Membership.

Its not a case of sour grapes, but telling it as it is. & FYI, I do enjoy this
place the way it is. Giving suggestions for improvements in no way says
I'm not happy; nor does it for any other person who gives suggestions.

Remember that... then you may be able to take your own advice &
move on

I think were moving a little off topic here folks. I believe the thread is about Waldorf's accident and I'm sure Waldorf would like to hear peoples responses to what happened to him up in the mountains.

BTW Waldorf I hope you recover from your *off* quickly, and you get your bike sorted out as well. No *offs* are nice, glad you weren't damaged too bad......

How are the bike and body repairs going Macca????? Hope yr healing up ok. Need a hand with yr muddaboik at all?????????

I haven't even taken the bike out for a look yet. All I've done was make sure the front disk was OK before I put it in the garage.. From what I saw of it, I think I'll get out of it fairly cheaply.

I'm getting there. Lots of drugs, sling for the arm/shoulder. I'll be OK, just need time. Still, the couple of weeks I need for the arm to get better will give me time to save for a new helmet!

I've got some pics up at http://members.ii.net/~cmcd/crash/crash.html but some of them need to be re-uploaded as something went wrong, and the pics are a bit 'funny'..

Pnut rang Marranda for me (as I had to ring him when his G/F came off ). He was devastated, but after having a few drinks with him that night he calmed down a bit.
