Shite.. that's Fa#$ed!
We wish Heather all the best and hope she makes a speedy recovery, Duane and Rossi filled us in last night, but I've been battling with work issues and haven't been online until now.
Good luck with the insurance, I hope they don't mark it down against you if they can't find the SCUM BAGS who did it.

Mate, that's great news!
Hope they are taken to the cleaners, the pricks deserve everything the police can throw at them.
Leaving the scene of an accident is pretty serious isn't it? Along with driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle...

Good on the cops for finding the (*#(_&ers! That's a low act, causing an accident and then leaving it...
Hope Heather's health continues to improve.

Being victorian cops, i'm surprised they didn't just shoot them on the spot

That's great news Mario. Make sure Hather keeps a record of all her medical expenses. On going problems? Whiplash? They can be expensive for someone without insurance on their vehicle!

Jase
in Vic we have the TAC who cover all the medical expenses from ANY
vehicle accident...however caused. They even cover bikers who hit road debris
cheers

Thats good news, hope it works out well for you and Heather, but considering these buggers were not registered I doubt they had insurance at all and certainly sound like the have no money either so I really do hope they can pay for their crimes and compensation, does Vic' still has the victims of crime compensation tribunal?
oh yeah you have insurance .. doh..

Same here, but it's dependant on you actually having a registered vehicle! You sure it's not the same there?

you are covered by TAC if
you are registered
...even if the other party is not or if they are drunk or if they have no licence
