By my count, we have Robracer, Poss, StuMiller & Photomike still waiting on their SS gifts.

And slack Gos has got his gift, but hasn't posted a pic.

I'm aware that Poss's gift is due to arrive at the end of Jan... As far as the other three go, I hope their Santa's have already got the gifts on the way!

Apparently mine is now at the post office, ready for collection. I'll post up pics hopefully tonight!

Big thanks to my SS I got the parcel last week but haven't done any photos yet......will sort that out shortly it was a cool pressie and I have worked out several times with the necessary addition of some added weights !!

This was the first part of SS.....an awesome poem of awesomeness to help me .....work out.....

and here are the weights......all that donut action has taken its toll, the new Randy Couteur weight set should sort this out. 11 minutes a day, every day. Maybe I might try 20 minutes.

woops - nearly forgot - after all that lifting action and subsequent husbandly duty - a long hard thirst deserves a long cold beer - and the best cold beer is kept in a stubby holder !!!
