I get pretty good tyre wear at the track and I only use half a tank..

I managed 257kms till the light came on, on a gumby. That was between mount Isa and 3 ways. Dead straight 130 6th gear ALL the way

that would prob be bout right on steady throttle, case of have to, i gather there's only 1 stop between camelwheel and 3 ways still, thats one boring ride!!

Yep that's the one. Barkley half way house is the stop. 257kms from there, my light came on as soon as I entered the driveway. They say the other way is a no can do as there always seems to be a head wind so it seems I may have had a tail wind to help me a bit

With a mixture of normal and spirited riding I usually get around 165-175 to the light.. Worst I ever got was 137 to the light.. Best I got was 220km till the light when it was stock
