Hi, This is the seller of the crash Knobs on eBay.
This is out of control, On my end the item does not say Free Postage. I have also contacted eBay and they have told me the item is not listed as Free Postage either.
I have not done anything wrong, am not trying to rip anyone off and do not appreciate people who are getting FANTASTIC deals on items complaining and taking this minor issue public.
All is resolved, I am not selling the customer the 2 items he purchased and his money has been refunded.
This is the item that is listed on ebay:

Fight fight fight
I would have just paid the post, but that's just me! I'm always careful and read the fine print in all ebay ads...

Post up both adds?
PS. You dont want wattman looking into it, you might not like the other things he might uncover.

I was wondering whether you would get on here and put your view across. I appreciate that you have. It shows some proactivity and good service.
No one ever said the prices were not great. My point was and still is that my add states free shipping. Rather than believing me and trying to work something out via a phone number I gave you (this is one reason hat I try and buy Australian, as I am supporting here and the customer communication is usually much better) you instead defended the position that I was wrong to the point that both you and eBay believed I was lying.
So in return I just submitted, paided the monies and let you know that I wasn't happy.
Now you returned that I was rude (still yet to be shown how I was so) and that you would cancel the transaction and refund my money.
Whilst I respect you decision I still think you got frustrated, over reacted and spat a dummy. I am entitled like any other to let you know if I wasn't happy just like I am sure you would if you we're unhappy in my case.
Take note that no one has bagged or boycotted you I this thread. I even went as far not to mention you directly until someone asked.

I still think you should have called him to discuss it. Just my opinion.

Well at the end of the day something with the add went wrong, wether it was ebays fault or Brightons i am not sure but Blurr has missed out on a bargain and Brighton has potentially lost a few customers over their actions with the way they have accused you off being so rude .

Was this a fault with the phone App? .......so your PC will show the ad in full but the app reduces the content & stufs up

Well I opened up the add link that brighten posted through safari and it showed postage based on area, so then I opened it in the eBay app on my iPhone and it also showed cost based on area for shipping..... So either eBay have fixed it or brighten has edited the add as Russ had a screen shot of free postage.
This is how it came up on mine
Either either I do think brighten has over reacted as originally Russ just asked people's opinion on here not posting it up to out them as a bad seller.
If brighten reads this I do hope they call him have a chat, realize he's not "that" much of a mongrel and get it sorted.
As it did state on the add that Russ had it was free postage, no matter whose fault,it does state that, and Russ hasn't demanded anything he didn't think was correct.
