Once again thank you folks. I got to fly to Brisbane for work for my 50th so we had a bit of a family do on the long weekend. Huge thanks to the wife and my daughter Carly for the work on the cake and the day

Unfortunately 50 years is taking its toll and I've been knackered with a bulging disc in my back for the last month or so after a physio got it totally wrong and nearly stuffed my back. Anyway it's starting to come good slowly now but unfortunately no biking for a while.

Cheers

Glen

Like I said ," that ZRX is too big to pick up and gonna do you some damage" ..." get yourself a 125 two stroke " i said , but no no no , you old blokes know best , and there ya go ... gotta have ya self the penis replacement big bike and try to stay up with us young bucks , never listen .. yadda yadda , " we fought wars for you young karns" is all you can say .
Now seriously Glen get rid of that big bike and start acting your age . The ladies down the bowling club are not impressed with your devil may care attitude , you would do far better to discuss the relative merits of incontinece pads brands than own that silly motor bike .

And think of the children !

Happy 50, you don't look a day over 49. Sorry about your back, I've got the same problem. A good friend of mine who is a back Doctor in Phoenix told me "never get your back operated on unless you are paralyzed". As he has a bad back and he is a back surgeon, I've listened to him. He told me sit-ups and leg-ups are good for the lower back and pullups on a pullup bar are good for the upper back. It's worked for me unless I get lazy or strat drinking too much Jim Beam. Cheers!
