I am hanging out to get it back on the road, it's been too long.
one other thing is do I need to change the suspension settings now that the wheels are lighter?
I have researched it & everyone has a different opinion

Thinking about it logically I'd guess you need to
increase your rebound damping and
reduce your compression damping because the wheels are lighter.
Thought process is that the suspension doesn't need to work as hard to push the wheels back onto the ground (rebound), nor does it need to do as much work to stop the wheels pushing up into the stroke of the suspension (compression).

Update.....the exahust & radiator are on & she is runing woohoo
But another problem has been spotted trying to get the rear caliper on...it dosen't fit with the new rear wheel in place
The two pix show the problem, one is with the standard wheel the other is with the marchesini. The add. said bolt right in.

Thaks the first thing I unbolted Tim, but the rotor dosen't match the bolt holes.

So its the carrier width that is the problem?

That's it Rob, but I cant turn it down as there is not enough tread, the disc is 14mm out.
So I am thinking of modifying the bracket holding the caliper.

Get another carrier from the wreckers to work on
& yeah a 10mm thick CNC'd plate bolted from the outside would solve the problem
