if they weren't such obvious fruit loops I'd vote for this lot on the basis of their motorcycle policy
http://www.ldp.org.au/index.php?option= ... Itemid=290
The LDP believes those who choose to use motorcycles and scooters should not be discouraged by government policies.
The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) believes those who choose to use motorcycles and scooters should not be discouraged by government policies.
The use of motorcycles and scooters is a matter of individual choice. So long as nobody else is likely to be harmed, it is not acceptable for the government to interfere in it.

sounds pretty good!
1. Ensure that specific facilities for motorcycles and scooters are included in public parking.
2. Reduce taxes, tolls and other charges on motorcycles and scooters to no greater than a quarter that of cars.
3. Allow motorcycles and scooters to use public transport corridors such as bus lanes.
4. Permit motorcycles and scooters to filter between lanes of slow moving traffic.
5. Create refuge areas for motorcycles and scooters in front of cars waiting at intersections to facilitate faster traffic flow.
6. Ensure motorcycle and scooter safety is given the same priority as car safety in road design and construction.
7. Encourage voluntary adoption of European CE standards of safety clothing for motorcyclists, accompanied by accurate labeling.
8. Remove obstacles to the establishment of accessible rider training courses at moderate cost.
9. Remove any requirement for front number plates.
10. Permit novice riders to travel at the posted speed limit.
11. Allow parking on the footpath where it is wide enough.

On the basis of fairness and a sound carbon policy all Ferraris should be green and all Kawasaki owners should bet an annual rebate on their tax for their environmental credentials everyone else has to pay

Some of the Greens Policies
support compulsory noise and emissions standards for petrol and diesel vehicles which are at least as stringent as European Union standards
environmental costs incorporated into the cost of air travel.
Goals
The Australian Greens want:
6.a nuclear-free Australia.
7.a nuclear-free world.

19.require uranium mining companies to meet enforceable standards to safely contain and to monitor their radioactive tailings wastes for at least 10,000 years
24.house asylum seekers who arrive without a valid visa in publicly owned and managed open reception centres, where entry and exit to these centres are unrestricted except where prohibited for medical or security reasons specified in clause 28.
(28.deny an AAV if security checks demonstrate the person poses a serious criminal threat to the Australian community or if the person has not remained housed in the reception centre while the medical and security checks were completed.)
They wont be getting my Vote!
