Wash them in the washing machine by themselves in a delicates bag (unless you've got something else feral & dark to wash too, then throw that in the load too) and if you have a dryer, just put them in there on a warm cycle while still in the delicates bag (i'd hazard to guess that they might not fare too well with a hot cycle).

As i have a faired bike I usually put mine on the bike between the forks and the tank when i get home after a wet ride and let convection do its thing. This is usually enough, but sometimes it just doesn't quite cut it.

Sprinkle BAKING SODA in them, and leave them on the line to dry, with the fingers pointing down, and the opening to the top. allows the moisture to evapourate out the top, and keeps the baking soda on the inside. I do this with my jacket in Summer sometimes when they get a bit sweat stinky.
Doesnt matter how much you use. Go crazy if you like, pour that stuff in!! I pour it in, close off the end and shake it all around so it gets everywhere in there. Then when your done, just shake out as much as you can, and thats all. Doesnt matter if a little bit stays in there. Eventually it comes out.

you can try Fabreeze, just spray it in.. I got rid of cigarette smells from 2nd hand stuffs that way.
But as said before, it's only a temporary solution, you need to get rid of the bacteria in the gloves.
