Hmm.... why are NZ race horses so fast and win so many races?
They have seen what happens to the sheep.
NewZulundas are a bit like Alaska to the rest of the USA or even Canada.
Oh, the Sunshine coast is definitely the best, but there are so many places I would live at again. I would consider Soldiers point or even Stroud area being close to the Oxley

Don't start you carn't, got the putty 5 mins away, Bells line 5 mins away and the best run to the PITS you could want.
20 mins to the mountains and 1 hr to the beach.
We have 85% tradie residence so you can get stuff done cheap and people are salt of the Earth, not the dodgy city fairies.
Plus Casa Del Kaw!
Rural, no farkin traffic.
Stick to the burbs ya wouse!

five dock FTW! or abbotsford wharf to be precise.
for the daily commute, it beats the hell of waiting at a train station, and for public transport you can't beat the view at sunrise+sunset.
if i didnt have to commute to work it'd be a different story.
