One "Fun Run" that is a little closer is the MS Walk n' Fun Run on the 6th June, Dave#3 said he was looking at doing this one aswell

. We could do Team KSRC and raise money
http://www.mswalk.org.au/nsw/index.asp
Great Idea Justin, the 5K run can be a lead up to the 9K

so who else is in?
Will check with the Boss, i know she'd be interested if we've not got anything else that weekend.

Was thinking about this today as i headed off in the rain...
quickest way to lose total; mass(read water weight)..... wear plastics all day.even after the sun has come out for a few hours...... I swear.. the sweatage/water was incredible..... ... kinda like a seaweed and mud wrap i think

Does 13 schooners, obligatory hot wedges and 3 bundy's and coke count as a half marathon?

Great to see so many getting into it! Fun runs, walks, pushy riding, elbow bending (not sure about the level of fitness this will produce lol) - all helps.
At this rate the results at the end of July will be excellent!
Lets keep it up!
