Owen, word of advice... When you call me the first thing you shouldn't say is "Now hun, don't panic"! In those few seconds the worst thoughts were running through my head but one thing stood out to me and that is it was you calling so how bad could it be...However in saying that I couldn't hold back the tears and the worry and panic! I am so, so happy that you are all good! But I am telling you one thing and one thing only... Don't be milking it in days to come!!!! You can have 2 days and thats it

He is insured with NRMA, i took the liberty of calling them and probing to see if he had made the claim. They openly admited that he was fully insured with them (which i dont know if they are allowed to)
