and B-Ry riding like Miss Daisy is perfect, I will say this and I swear Cath and Dave are very sick of me saying it but I owe all my confidence gaining and also not being pressured into doing stupid things and taking it at my own pace, I owe all that to them, I wouldn't be where I am just after four months if it wasn't for them so you got two of the very best most amazing brilliant patient mentors you could ever ask for, so your in the best hands anyone could ask for, but you know that already.
