At the GP

Ghey as a handbag

Re: GP PHOTO THREAD!
(The way the forum shows attachments annoys me, so I deleted the old post and added them this way).
Whilst I appreciate that their are a few of you who are probably still on dial-up... actually..... who the hell am I kidding?? If you're on dial-up still, you're a tool!!!!!
Friday - cold, wet and crap. I don't do cold, wet and crap very well.
Saturday - superb!! Snuck past security and got onto the pit roof. Photos below. Would be a total waste of money if you paid to go up there.
Sunday - awesome. Rossi coming from the back of the pack to take second was a pure spectacle.
Monday - hailed whilst we were packing up the camp site. Cold and shit. Stuck on the "FREEWAY" for 3 fucking hours. I love the signs that say stuff like "Slow down to 40". Hell, 40 would have been an improvement!!!
Stoner came out after the race. He took his knee sliders off, signed them with a white texta and threw them into the crowd. I stuck the paw in the air, lept like Jordan and whack... it stung a little, but it stuck!! SCORE!!
Here's my favourite 40 odd photos.

For those that don't know, if you click on a pic that is not showing the full height pic size and has a scroll bar to the right, the full height pic will come up.

Re: GP PHOTO THREAD!
6 of us went over Hotham in -5 on Monday. 1st it rain, then hailed, then snow all while trying to ride an iced up ZX9 times 3. 200mm of sludge ice on roads. Had ice and snow on gloves and jackets, visors etc. Thought about stopping for a pic but decided I couldn't get the camera out of the bag cause it was wet and cold and I had NO feeling in my hands and feet. Not to mention the 9 would have never started again.
We 6 share a common bond now known as "The Hotham Bond". Still have no feeling in 1 finger tip. Will do it again just for a pic.
Still kicking myself for not stopping.

It sounds like Cath and I made a smart, if soft, decision to give Hotham a miss this yearJetPilot wrote:6 of us went over Hotham in -5 on Monday. 1st it rain, then hailed, then snow all while trying to ride an iced up ZX9 times 3. 200mm of sludge ice on roads.
