All sounds fine to me.
I remember taking a bike home in my trailer without any tie downs, just on the side stand. (and Red Dave holding it up). ;)

That bike looks completely rooted! your telling me you paid $15k for a new bike drove it home without any insurance in the trailer without tying it down?????????????
