Yes PM, there was some criteria........*thinks hard for a minute*........hmmmm I think it was minimum of 100 replies and/or 2000 views and/or 6 pages........or something like that, in order to qualify.

Suggested Beef Cuts Billy are a Lean Rump or porterhouse cut. I used a lean rump for this. If you use shit meat it can get a little stringy.

And yes the 'royal doulton' was under scud missile attacks yesterday, although it didn't get to the stage where I had to call for back up. Make sure you have AMCN handy and you'll be right :)

I tell ya what, Phil has a mean looking curry I cant wait to try :)
