FYI the new Kogan Creek Power Station cost $1.2 billion and it's only projected to last 30 yrs.
from what i know all power stations have a used by life of 30 yrs.

i know that cos Alstom Power are doing the reno's and expansion for hazelwood in regional melb at the moment
