This is sarcastic obv., I likewise can not believe they can do this to you for speeding. FFS
I spose once its back they will want to put a speed limiter on the mighty ZZR.
On the first of Feb i got to court and they finally charge as all this time ive been on bailo to speak  after court on of the officers from home detention takes me back to my house, puts some fancy box that plugs into my phone line, and also put a thing around my ankle which is connected to the box, and if i go a certain distance from the box it send a message to on of the home detention officers mobile phone and they come and get me..

Keep unplugging the device from time to time........ But dont leave the house, dont go anywhere.... plug it back in again a few minutes later....

Eventually they will get sick of this "faulty" device (or phoneline if they replace it)... and will stop showing up all the time

Worst case scenario, you get someone to chat to whenever they show up lol...

But seriously...are you still allowed to go on the internet and stuff?

That'd be funny. Or you could go get a few electronics bits and build a line noise generator...

Problem would be if they had a fine involved with tampering with the box in any way.

Yes it is bullshit as someone said there is far worse people walking around the streets, and yes the 2 months home detention is very harsh but as said by many and myself its beats jail time, but while saying that i have to say (which i have mentioned before) they are also being very hard on me cause of my driving record when i was a P plater with my car licence, maybe his gives them a reason to be so harsh on me maybe it doesnt but all is done now and i have to take it on the chin, do the 2 months home detention and the licence suspension, the worst thing about the licence suspension is that i HAVE to go through my L & P plates again  (Not happy jan) this is why ive decided just to get my bike licence and not worry about a car licence when i get off the suspension...

When its comes to work i cant work at the job im in at the moment as its a licenced premises, so im leaving there for the 2 months but going back after home detention, which is great of my boss to allow, but i can do other work for a bit of cash here and there but i hae to go through all the bullshit of applying for the time away from the house by letting them know how im getting there when ill be leaving what ill be doing there and how and when ill get home...

I can have as many visitors as i like during the day, but if anyone wants to stay the night that person has to have a criminal background check done on them before they are allowed to stay. My house mates had to get criminal checks done on them aswell....

Neka - As much as id love to do something like that im not going to risk it, i went through to much shit to keep my ass out of jail and big bubbas hands to play silly buggers with and them to say Fark ya you doing the rest of the time behind bars(which they can)...

As for doing that and people comeing around at 3am etc they will be doing that anyway to give me random drug and alochol tests...

All in all though ive planned out ALOT of things im going to do while on the home detention, one of them you saw the pics of which is going to take up alot of time, also have a heap of PS2 games the new bass guitar, and of course KSRC (whatch my post count climb  )

Well i think ive covered everything... dont mind the typos etc just got home from work as you see by the time of this post

One thing i have to say is THANKYOU ALL for the support and help you guys/girls have given me through the last 5+ months... And when i am back in the saddle i plan on riding with each one of you one time or another :)
