lol, I am just glad that my mate kept firing the shots

slightly disappointed he froze for a slight second in the initial phase of the drop..... but hey still makes for a good laugh.... my wife was not impressed.... it was her helmet.... and I did land on my melon and arms....as i sailed head first over the bars....
the bike was totally rideable.. had very minor scratching.... I rode it back to canberra from the scene.... charlotte pass in the snowy mtns....

February 14th, I just made it into Adelaide when a Taxi cut me off and caused me to lay mine down, unfortunately the tyres gripped and the planned slide turned into a highside. I was looking forward to the ride with Plasma Blue and the boys there too. It was brought back to Mildura on a trailer and neatly repaired and sold off.

Minor disagreement on what side of the road people are meant to drive on in australia on the blackspur in may. (last day in may i believe)
Nothing broken appart from my bike (completely) but doesnt look as spectacular as turning a zrx and a zx9 into the new titanium color

This doesn't seem so bad after reading the above...
May 2006
Riding to work two lanes with parked cars at lights, 3rd lane open.
Ute crosses 2 lanes without lookin to get to the 3rd and BANG 70km
t bone into the ute's tray and pillar.....
Result bikes all bent (not a real good shot) Its just a Yamaha.
Bruised left leg, arm, rist, ankel and haematoma the size of football on hip.
Must say that leathers & boots saved my ass......

Few photos (for froggy)
Note: the one of the leg, is actually a hotel bathtowel soaked in epsom salts (home remedy apparantly) to suck all the fluid out of my leg. I would not recommend this to anyone
as it dried overnight and turned back to salt and itched like hell!!! apparantly it was very funny. It did however reduce the swelling allot for a few days.
The only thing left on the bike worth having was the motor and the headlights, the rest was all damaged in one way or another. Didnt get the chance to take any better photos to show the damage
(this is from getting t-boned mid corner)

OUCH, ummm dont spose you still have the gauges eh?
This one is OLD (like the rider) but goes with the wrecked 7 theme at the mo. End of the straight at Darlington Park (220k+) and ran on (dont ask, my fault entirely) MIGHT have got out of it if it hadnt rained the night before but it made the landing soft, dislocated elbow and broke 7

After looking at the pictures on this thread I have decided that my 1001 slow speed drops in my year of riding probably don't qualify
I'm still not even sure if you qualify for this thread with pride or embarrasement

You stack as much as I do all you have left is pride, battered as it is

Nothing to be proud of and plenty of embarrasment, but also copious amounts of alchohol to subdue the pissed of feeling that your off the road for a while.
Hopefully not too much longer though, maybe something green and 750cc in the future, ooooooh yeah

Black magic I had a few low speed drops mostly shoe laces caught up in the back brakes and one U turn in front of a bus with its foot flat to the floor gone wrong but nothing as worthy as the great putty road barbque.
Hoffy did you have a lay down in the fire or did someone put your hat near it, it looked like quite a blaze and not much left to rescue did the insurance company throw that straight into a skip.
