were not gona judge riders how good they are by how many times they crashed cos im a crash virgin and she rides heaps better than me, thats how insurance companies judge riders.
The best of the best have had a crash so lets put that theory back where it came from.
Yup she rides very well, just wasn't being careful enough this time.

Or the time before that, or the time before that one... if memory serves, the crash which resulted in all the road rash and which killed her 636 came about because of a red-light drag race.

It's definitely starting to seem like she needs to dial it back a notch or two...

I agree, she never did complain about it, she just wore it and moved on.

Yep, insurance companies judge the rest of us by someone else's crashes. Even though I've never come off a bike - not even a trail bike, and never crashed a car - I can't afford insurance because other people keep pushing the premiums up.
So yeah, I just might be a bit of a "stick in the mud" when I read someone idolising stupidity.

Hmm so long as she keeps bouncing then i supose its all good, i thought she was in hospital for a while with the 6R incident.

Have you considered a braking and cornering course fo MG there good value even for the quicker rider they can teach you things to get you out of trouble.

We all fall off its not if but when and some do it more regularly than others.

Darlington park track days used to be great too while they where there.

I am all for her having a blast on a sports bike - but maybe a public road is not the correct venue for her...it isn't going to kill her to show a bit of restraint and self control on the road, but not doing so sure can...

yup ive considered a braking and cornering course for me so i can keep up with her  but yeah i agree theres allways room for improvement and never ride faster than angels can fly but lady luck sure is on her side that 636 was totalled.

Better to do it sooner than later then its the little things like hanging off the bike and standing it up a bit as you go through a patch of diesel mid corner instead of low siding and crashing and burning that make a difference , there worth the money.

And if you really really really want to go fast the track is a good place there is generally medical support. :D

I try to keep my bike in one piece its cheaper than having to buy new plastic all the time. :D

How about telling them to slow the fuck down before probability catches up with them, though?

Regardless of how quick someone is when the coin flips in their favour, if they're putting the bike down on a regular basis, they're doing something wrong.
