Hi Ross,
I'm shaking my head in disbelief...You were'nt impressed? The one I've been riding absolutely screams. Maybe i need to get you on this thing and see if you dont change your mind... The acceleration on this thing just rips your arms out...
Where you from anyway????

I'm from Melbourne, I did live in Warwick for a little while, not too far from Toowoomba. I'm suprised how much toowoomba has changed, had a little look there earlier this year.
The VTR I rode was a 2000 model with Yoshi pipe (i think) on it. Very rough riding, then again it was the first time I sat on a V-twin. Does good wheelies though, I guess I'm a bit too used to the 12 which is close to double the power.

No No No No No...They DID not give me the boot...at least I dont think they did anyway. They just figured I might find someone more my cubic capacity here....

They all ride VTR's there. Very difficult keeping up with them on a ZZR250... Met some great people here so far and I'm planning a ride with Kelly hopefully this weekend on her ZZR250...so yeah, all in all it's been great.
Thanks for the welcome.

Yeah i do know what you mean. The missus VTR has Micron pipes, K&N filter, fancy Uridium? plugs and leads, Stage 2 Kit thru it, different gearing, and this thing literally rips ya arms off. My mate has a ZXR12 and we were heading down the Warrego towards Brissy and although the 12 has far superior legs up top, it had a shitload of trouble keeping up with the VTR from around the 60k to 240k.....
Mind you, once it hit its straps it was see ya later VTR....
I'm a bit partial to the R1...Whats your opinion?
