No way that I'm going to believe that.
Why?

Because this Man lost his right to earn a living because he has removed a rear mudflap from a motorbike.
It's all because of the mudflap, they booked him 12 times for it, I'm fucking sure about that.

Thanks guys for the suport, I finally got to a dodgy internet cafe to check it all out.

The copper was part of the mountain madness squad and although i was just plodding around in the city he seemed to think my fender eliminater was a open invite to come and book me so long story short i just wore it and paid the fine and will go and do a licence appeal again but better armed for the experiance.

The copper was trying to explaiin to me that my missing mudflap was dangerous but looking at it the only rocks it will stop are going to take out satelights in a low orbit.


Just sent me a bit mental for a few days as I am just starting to recover from the last episode and should be able to afford a landline and broadband soon.

Well good luck with it man, I hope you can keep that licence. If you can afford it get a lawyer, although I realize how much the buggers cost. Another mate of mine represented himself recently and lost. Basically they said nice try and upheld the fine / points loss. Didn't hit him with court costs or anything though.

Think I might go and measure my mudflaps.....
