Honda CB600F4i - probably borderline in your case, pretty much so in mine. Nice looking bike though. You would need to ask yourself why you'd pick one over our ZZR600 though...
*Cough*
What?
I'm not referring to the RR version BTW...
Seriously, if you going to upgrade why would you trade an older-technology 4-cylinder 600 for another (ok, not so) older-technology 4-cylinder 600? Especially if it doesn't fit like your old bike

.
...apart from the facts it's newer, shinier, fuel injected and has better brakes

.
...or were you objecting to the 'Nice looking bike' reference, and 'Honda' being in the same sentence?

Uhm.... all of them except for the honda bit...

I am 5ft 4 and I have just been out on Ben's bike (99 ZX9R) and I can comfortably put one foot flat on the ground and the balls of both feet on the ground. I think I could ride this bike if I needed to but it is a big bike to handle. I held it up but was a strain. Not sure on seat height for this though. I could measure if you wanted me too.

Colette try the ZX750r, i'm only 5'5'' with short legs and lowered mine. I can touch the ground with the balls of my feet or one flat footed. i also had the same problem, the zx750r is lowered to the max but the ajustment is easy. i did look at the CBR600f4i also.

This may well sound Silly but when Jase and i went and looked at the ZX14 e both commented on how low the seat was. I sat on it flat footed and knees bent and that was in from the factory trim.

Dunno about road trim but my girl who is 5 foot 3 inches and 48kg can get my 03 trackie ZX6R on and off the stand and can hold it up balancing on both tip toes....or flat on one foot while she leans the bike over....so next track day she riding it....hrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!
She was actually astounded at how light it felt off the stand.

yea a scooter or a cruiser..then we can ALL disown u and throw insults abt ur sexuality at ya!!
haha kidding cougs....
most bikes can have sum seat padding scultpted out, or rear shocks lowered (need to lower front forks to balance this out of course)..but lets face it, it affects the bikes performance...
my suggestion is , get ur legs lengthened!!

As some have alreaday said the bigger bikes can actually have lower seat heights and/pr be narrower at the seat making it easier for shorter people. I think as a GENERAL rule with bigger bikes you sit behind the motor (such as zx14) as opposed to mid sized bikes (like some 600's) where you sit on top of the motor (compare the seat height of a ZX6R to a ZX14).
Cheers
