Well .. today is the day . .

Its now been 12 Weeks since the last drag.

I have officially QUIT SMOKING !!!!!

AND IM NOT GOING BACK TO IT

Keep it up you lot ... and to all those thinking about it ... JUST BLOODY DO IT ... dont wait til its too late

Since the 15th July, a drinking session and a night out amongst smokers .... I still havent had a cigarette - BUT, i'm struggling today - big time . . . I only want one!!
