Well, Stereo has kinda inspired me. I wouldnt say I'm overly huge, but I'm a big lad. I used to weigh around 70kg's, then got pretty sick. Now I weight around 94kg's. Never really had to lose weight before. Was always a skinny runt.

Called up my cousin's fiance`. She's a personal trainer down in Hoppers Crossing. I now have an appointment next Thurs. Going to try and hit my ideal weight of around 80 - 85kg's

Ok, I am feeling quietly confident today...... As far as food goes I was excellent, not so great on the booze, but did plenty of excersize..... So I am thinking at least 1.6kg.... That is my guestimate...

That said, whenever I think im going to do well I dont... and when i say that I wont i do..... Hopefully me saying this will put the whole thing in doubt

Just an updated overlook of how things are going
Starting weight: 136.4
Current weight (Tuesday 26th Sept): 114
<b>Total weight lost: 22.4</b>

Upcoming milestones: Halfway point - 23.4kg lost (thats 0.8kg away)
Other upcoming milestones: 110KG... (thats 4kg away).

Very dissapointed in myself today.... Lost Half a kilo.....

Starting weight: 136.4
Current weight (Tuesday 26th Sept): 113.5
Total weight lost: 22.9

Just short of the halfway mark

Yeah, and even when you are doing everything right, you will still get those weeks from time to time apparently... so perhaps it is just a ramp up for next week..

In any case, I will not touch a drop of the hooch this week and see how I go...

thanks for the dictionary lesson, but im farking tellin ya... "hooch" is ussually refferred to over here as weed..
