ciga-what?

So far so good... What is it... week 3 for me or end of week 2? cant remember, all i know is ive stopped smoking, i ran out of lozinges 2 saturdays ago, havent gone even near a ciggy, My motivation is still very strong, i get the occational craving here and there... not much recently, but i have friends, family and my strong motivation to help me to stop smoking!!

See... beer and a ciggie were never my vice...
Ciggies only occurred during the day with coffee...

it WAS cigars and scotch that WERE my weakness

well it was going to happen eventually.. it's called evolution i believe....

cmon quitting isnt that hard... just change your routine... after a coffee, dont smoke... after food, have a drink n dont think about smokes... after sex, dont smoke, go for another round!!! (as long as u dont beg for it)
