It was hard to keep your motivation mate!!!!....But that mudcake with icecream and chocolate topping really hit the spot at dinner last night did it not? :twisted:

Bit difficult to try to lose weight / improve your health for the sake of family etc when you've got people around you hammering you to eat despite saying NO so many times........ :(

and yes it did hit the spot - felt sick for hours after......

Hmmmm, my weight will not be listed due to a week and a few days on a cruise!! Damn, the food is just sooooooooo good..... :kuda:

so close to breaking through the 100kg mark.. but yet so far away :roll:
