Ist anniversary of giving up the smokes, wonderful feeling, may even start attempting some level of fitness, keep up the good work it's worth it in the end

4 weeks wont be a problem for me...
I stopped drinking at time as stopping chuffing....
If you quitt'ed while still being able to drink i definitely top my hat to you good sir!

Im now looking down the barrell of 8 weeks ... and although I could really go a durrie .... the cravings are no where near what they used to be.

The man often goes without drinking for over a week so it wouldn't make as huge an impact on him as it has for you, sorry to hear your struggling brother.
