Very much so! I really pay attention to what I eat. Where ever possible, I take the healthiest option and only have a reasonable portion, even when the portions are huge. Rather than eat it all cause I can…..

It’s been over 2 months since I had soft drink or lollies. I was not a big drinker of soft drink, but I did like the odd lolly from time to time. I miss them, but don’t have the urge to go buy them or have them if they are sitting around.

Weight has not fallen off at all this week. I’m still sitting on the 112 mark. I have got to the point where exercise is the only way to shed the fat…… This is not easy as I have a problem with my feet and cannot spend much time on them walking, so running or even a cross trainer is out of the question. I’m not a fan of swimming laps, so I’m looking for other options for now.

Time to get serious me thinks……

Maybe a rowing machine - with light resistance so that it's more cardio than upper body.
The only other option I can think of is cycling, but that might be problematic too.

Boxing, wrestling, cross training, circuit training, wild sex etc. Even olympic lifting can be a cardio workout if you increase your reps and reduce your rest. Get creative and do a few different types of training sessions. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it gets your heart rate up and you are moving for extended periods of time.
