Now i'm back and can properly focus on my diet i've weighed myself this morning.
Current weight is 95.3kg's and my target is still 87.5kg's.
Training regime for soccer next year has started. Not allowed to left heavy weights at the gym so will have to make do with light weights lol. Running at least 3km's in the morning before breakfast and probably try and manage another 3km's when i get home.
Want to do the 3km's in under 12 mins so thats the aim for me at the moment.

Holy cow wullieb1!
that's an average of 15k/hour running? Will have to call you the flash! .. but a good goal to set!
and there i was thinking at 1 mile in 12 minutes was a good goal.... must set my sights higher!
This week is just a wee bit of a drop for me... enough to keep up with Whickle i hope!

.. It's all part of the creative process
(And then you need to find music that matches it... AFTER you have sped it up)

Wanna lose weight fast and get over that plateau?
Get food poisoning, throw up for 2 days, and don't eat for almost 5.
I lost 3kgs!

112.5 - Only a small drop this week. Still happy with the loss thus far
My gear is now getting to the not fitting me well anymore stage. Winter jacket is like a balloon and the summer jacket moves around quiet a bit.
Im not looking forward to the cost of new gear!
