yeh, i've ridden one.
bit bland - sorta like a vtr in that way
plenty of power down low, ok midrange and no top end at all.
budget suspension that would struggle to cope with the way you like to ride. its ok to a point and then it says "ok - outta my league" i was able to keep up with much faster riders when they were on the sv.
its nothing special but a fair bit of bike for the money.
what about a speed triple, they are a hell of a lot of bike for the money ?

Keeping the Hornet for now Phil. I rode it again on Sunday after replacing the bars and straightening the subframe, and still fcukin love the dirty courier bike.
I am sniffing around for a deal on pipes at the moment. I am going to take it from the headers back and remove the mid section (Cat). It apparently fattens the whole deal up on it's own.
Then some money on suspension. Shock rebuild and revalve, forks the same.

Yeah Neka! Coming back from a ride through the hills. Usual story, made it to within 5klms of home and then tipped it over on some freshly spilled diesel!

No Biggie! Just an excuse to modify sooner rather than later. I am still trying to get over, just forgot I had to service the fcuker before I left. I had that done Thursday. So am ready to rock n roll. Not sure what day I will leave but most likely will be tuesday as I have to have the Jeep serviced Monday. Been a farkin expensive week. Hornet serviced Thursday, The Brides Beemer today and my Jeep on Monday. All in all it will most likely end up being around $2000 all up for the three of them. Youch!!!!

Thank god two of them are partially tax dedodgeable!!!
