Yes, I'll give him alcohol and let him use my air conditioning

and no I'm not bringing the bike inside.. even though i could
Pro kawasaki don't think it's a big deal, they said what you guys suggested, to flush it and see what happens.
It did get a bit hotter than normal today, but maybe i'm being a bit paranoid about it
Mickey D.. I've ridden that ZX7.. and I think I'll keep mine

(it stops

I'm sure someone asked me this question earlier in the week. I used all my mechanical knowledge my answer was to flush it and see if it goes away, which seems to be a recurring theme. Good guess hey!
is the bike stuffed or is it a minor thing? Yes!

Got some oil in there some how Tanya

The only positive is there is no water in the oil.
I'd flush it and see how it goes too. Or maybe take it somewhere and have a pressure and compression test done..
INMHO: I wouldn't be taking it on a long trip, till you know what's causing it. You don't want it to get terminal in the middle of no where and be stranded
Hope it works out..

we emptied the coolant out of the radiator and engine last night, it's clean..
now to get to the coolant bottle out to clean it and refill.. they've done the bolt up at the front of the tank with a rattle gun

so now we're waiting for bunnings to open to purchase something to get the bolt off...

didnt think it was anything to worry about... should see the overflow on most any "healthy" ford falcon of a few years age
i noticed a bloke on here who had somebody try to steal his bike but they dropped it, in the pics of his damage you could see gunk in his overflow tank too

My 6r allbeit a '98 had its water pump oil seal die at 48k. It turned the oil into a milkshake and there was ticking from the top end. The bike went better though.

I replaced all the seals in the oil water pump for $36. Sorted.
