Just spoke with Sue. Jamie has a flight out of Melbourne tonight so I'm sure he won't get down to the turn. It's possible he may have gotten the lap record back today.

Even though he took second, he'll move into 3rd for the championship because he beat Krusty in race two. Overall, he should be satisfied.
He'll be looking forward to getting home to see his bro in law, Adam Shields who just arrived today from England. I spent the day with him yesterday during his layover in Los Angeles. Adam will be competing in the Australian Speedway Championships in January if anyone follows that.

Wouldn't that be right. He does so well at the pointy end of the season only to be lost to another manufacturer.
Still, a victory for Kwakka and a victory for our favourite adopted son.
Well done!

What a day.. Jamie did well.
Josh Waters put it in too. 3rd in the first and 4th or 5th in the second i think.
BTW Josh has a KSRC sticker on the back of his race helmet... Dave we have to organise a KSRC T-Shirt for Josh!

Yeah T and I gave the sticker to him at Cranbourne Maccas after the GP on Monday's trip home. Good to see he put it on his lid.

When that boy came off the plane in 03, back from the states with his wrist all banged up 15kgs over weight.... I thought they (Kawasaki) where silly to be signing him (when Holland had done pretty good in 03).
It took two years and the ZX10 to get him back into the winners circule.
Yamaha can have the turn coat, they douldn't have a bar of him 2 years ago. And if he slips again they will drop him for sure. Look how they treat Dan...he gets bange up and its buggga off and hire the other Brother who's healed up!

Did anyone get any good photos of Jamie that I can post on the website?

On ya Jamie, well done mate & all the best for Next year.
Hey "Insider" I think ya need to stay way from the "Botanical Bay" of the "GoShow's pit Party" mate. I believe Jamie was winning races on the 6r while the "Crim" was lucky to be getting top 4 finishes.
Cheers Brett
