the motor is 205mm X 320mm, weighs 67kg, and produces 500HP (373kW) and 570Nm

and would produce it for basically its entire rev range.. no need for a gearbox!

well that is a ripper AC motor, all you need is a really long extension lead

if my calculations are correct.....
it will need about 1000A if running on 3 phase 415V

thats quite a lead
