I agree with Ment and Aardvark. I really like the new range. Often I think too many people automatically dislike new things when they first come out, because they are different than the current one, which already has it's own 'identity'. How many people hate a bands new album at first, only to like it later? These new bikes all look different, they are not just facelifts, and show innovation on Kawasaki's behalf. Well done I say.

Ment i read that you like the 06 model ZX10R as they have more preformance than the 05 model
from what i've seen and heard ummmm there the same engine as the 05
and have the same figures
just look gay
best bit about the 06 model
they make my 05 model look even better

As far as the E6R goes, im pretty sure everyone here agrees it should NOT be labelled a ninja...
The 10 looks great, the 14 looks weird... but perhaps they look better in the flesh. The 6 doesnt look much different at all...

the 10 looks so ugly in the flesh, feels ok sit on and will probably come up just ok in race glass!

Hi Hemi, I think this is the point, I'd just add that I'm happy to see Kawasaki trying different stuff, even if its goes wrong (or isn't to my taste) from time to time, just means I hang on to my bike for another year.
Some of the 06 bikes may eventually grow on me, the zzr14 maybe, the zx10, probably not (tho that photo with the 2bros exhaust looked ok)

I wish they would combine the ZX9R with a ZZR600,the six was very comfortable on a long trip but handled crap, the 9 is fantastic in the handling and power, but not as comfy as the ZZR!!!

Rumor has it that the ZX12r is not dead. The ZX14 will not be released until early next year and ZX12R will be here before xmas. Anyway thats what i heard from my brothers, uncles, wifes, husbands mum..

i just don't understand why the zx9 was canned?
comfort wise the earlier models are better. eg my 95 zx9
performance and handling wise, the later models are better. eg billy's 01? zx9
Why not make a zx9 that is physically bigger and more comfortable, but lighter than the b models?
as ponitkat says "you gotta love th' 9"

Yep the 9 would be easy for them to re-release.
I thinking:
Engine = Z1000 lump (would fit straight in)
Clocks = Z1000 (better than those old analog things)
Wheels = ZX10 with Radial brakes
Ditch the 'fuel-knob' and release it in pink and yellow and it would be sure to sell by the bucket-load
