Rooster we don't want to discriminate against people who want to escape NSW just because they had the misfortune of being born there, so there are eligibility rules about who can play. We can't help it if people want to escape and make something of themselves, like GI did when he moved to Wavell High when he was a kid. After that of course he played at the Brisbane North's Devils, which is just down the road.
I remember last year. NSW talking tough after winning game 1, everyone writing Queensland off as too old. Well we know what happened next. This year Queensland lost one of its star playmakers in the first ten minutes, and lost by 4 points. Queensland can lift from here, I'm not sure how much more NSW can lift.
Well actually we do know how much they can lift, they call this a legal tackle down there apparently.

No he was charged and found guilty of a Grade One illegal tackle, apparently the ability to read in Queensland is still limited to a small but gifted minority
