I think the Kaneg Trailer Mates are a good option based on their flexibility and stability. I use mine in the Garage from time to time but have also used them in Vans to transport my bikes. I never bolt them down and have never felt they would allow the bike to fall over.

Brand name aside, the stands work

Well after reading this and the recommendation I ordered 2 a week ago and they are here already, put together and tested. Very happy with them.

Use mine in both the shed and the back of the ute. Cant rate these highly enough

took me a few times to figure out how to get the bike out of the chock when it was in the ute coz it would slide heaps. I still use front tie downs loosely as well as a rear strap so I just drop the front tie downs onto the front of the chock and that that holds it enough to pull the bike out ... too easy

^ are you not bolting it down into the ute? What ute you have?

BA Falcon, no need to bolt it in. tie downs over the rear holds her down nice and tight. the usual tie downs over the clip ons or front forks (whatever works with your fairings) not too tight just enough to stop the bike moving

works a treat, one man operation to get it on and off, just start the bike, slip it into first and walk it up and into Kaneg wheel chock and Bob's your uncle
