Josh I know the correct thing to do is phone Ivan and tell him what your running, as he doesn't sell his kits online.
I did phone him when I bought the kit for the 500 triple...but found these kits in the UK.

How does your bike run now with the new pipe after removing the Kerker?

Righto. I was running Ivan's kit for pods but changed to a setup similar to the Factory Pro 2.5 but still using Ivan's needles. Hopefully someone can help you with the jetting if you decide to keep the air box. I'll dig up my old jetting for pods if you want it for reference.
My bike was running strong before the change of exhaust so I couldn't really tell the difference. I never had a chance to do a dyno run with the Kerker after the engine work. It was putting out about 125-130 bhp with the stock engine and the Kerker though.

Yeah, mine dropped a heap of bottom end and mid range when I took the Akrapovic off and fitted the Kerker. I have pods and Ivan's stage 3 jet kit that was leaned out a bit when it was dyno tuned, as it was a bit rich for the Akra. The Kerker breaths all right at the top end of the rev range (I also cleaned up the shit welds inside the header when I fitted it so there was less restriction), but it doesn't pull anywhere near as hard in the rev range that I ride in on the street. It's also more than twice the weight of the Akra; but, it looks shit hot.

Mission accomplished I say
