Think I'll just stick with the stock 16-44, there's plenty of poke down low as it is, I'd just get in trouble, it's easy enough to get the front wheel off the ground now !
The Factory pro kit is partly responsible for that.
Thanks, it was just when I checked on the site link above the first option was 13-38 I presumed it was a recomended ratio, ratios seemed close too. A front sprocket change is pretty big compared to a tooth or two on the rear. In karting we would change a front & adjust the rear to get a half a tooth change in the rear looking for a tenth or 2.
Yes I agree the smaller the front the more wear & the harder the engine has to work too, well that is noticeable when your dealing with 10hp anyway
